Little Dragons
Ages 4–6
Founder & CEO
For children, our program is designed to give parents more than just an activity, it’s a strong foundation for early development in a fun, structured setting.
Through play-based martial arts, your child builds focus, listening skills, coordination, and the ability to follow instructions, all essential skills for success in school and life.
In a positive group environment, they also learn how to interact with other children, build confidence, and develop respect for others.
Our program channels their natural energy into productive learning, introducing simple martial arts skills while reinforcing routine, discipline, and self-control in a way that keeps kids engaged and excited to come back.
Juniors
Ages 6–12
Tech Lead
Our program goes beyond basic martial arts training, it’s designed to help children grow into confident, focused, and respectful leaders.
Students develop leadership skills and personal responsibility in a structured environment that challenges them to do their best while supporting their teammates.
As they progress, they are introduced to more advanced martial arts techniques that build discipline, coordination, and real skill development.
Just as important, we emphasize mental and emotional resilience, teaching kids how to stay calm under pressure, overcome challenges, and work effectively as part of a team.
This stage of training helps shape not only stronger martial artists, but more confident, responsible young leaders both inside and outside the classroom.


Teens & Adults
Ages 13+
For our teens and adults program, training is designed to develop both physical performance and strong mental discipline in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Students experience a full-body fitness workout that improves strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall health while keeping training engaging and effective.
We focus on practical self-defense skills that are simple, effective, and applicable to real-life situations, helping students feel more confident and prepared.
Just as important, our program builds mental toughness and leadership qualities, teaching students how to stay focused under pressure, push through challenges, and develop a strong mindset.
Whether the goal is weight loss, muscle building, stress relief, or personal growth, this program helps teens and adults transform both physically and mentally while becoming more confident leaders in everyday life.
